The first Accountancy Worldwide International Recruitment Forum took place on 13 March 2004 at Druid's Glen Marriott Hotel in Ireland. 100 accountants attended and heard information on living and working in The UK, Hong Kong, New York, Japan, Bermuda, the Channel Islands, Australia and the USA.

Speakers included Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Ernst and Young PricewaterhouseCoopers and Information was provided at exhibitor stands regarding living and working in locations throughout the world and types of opportunities available.

The majority of accountants who attended have now made an international career move. Others have walked away with extensive information which will assist them in moving their career in the right direction.
