3rd ACCOUNTANCY WORLDWIDE DUBLIN

2005 saw Accountancy Worldwide become a twice yearly event, with an additional date planned in Dublin in November to coincide with the accountancy exam results. KPMG’s Offshore Group sponsored the event, representing a range of exotic locations in Bermuda and the Caribbean, plus opportunities closer to home in the British Isles and Europe. In addition, Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton were also sponsors, representing roles in Australia, Canada and within Transaction Services in the UK.

Seventy recently qualified accountants attended the event and many walked away with an exciting new position in their dream location!

The Accountancy Worldwide Forum was followed by the inaugural Young Chartered Accountants’ Ball, a black tie event for students and recently qualified accountants. The evening was a great success with a champagne reception, excellent meal and flowing wine!
